What is the rental time period?
Rental prices are for up to 48 hours (2 days) to ensure ample time for you to set-up and take down at your event. If you need a longer time frame please contact me so we can work out the details.
Do I need to wash dishes?
Absolutely not! We ask that you dispose of any food/trash and quickly wipe before returning items back into the original container it came in, but no need for washing. Leave the dishes to us!
Can I pick-up the items?
Yes, of course. This option requires that you, the renter, becomes solely liable to ensure safe transport of all rentals, to and from.
Do you offer set-up/display services?
Yes, for a fee. The price will vary depending on your needs.
Do you offer delivery services?
Yes. We offer free delivery to anyone in a 20 mile radius of Bay City (48706). Anything further will be an additional fee of anywhere to $25-$200 each way, depending on location. Michigan locations only.
What happens if I break something?
If any rental items are damaged during transport or use, a replacement cost equal to seven times the rental cost (per item) will be assessed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Events can be rescheduled up to 48 hours (2 days) prior. If you choose to cancel, you will lose your deposit.
Can I pick specific colors and/or patterns?
You can certainly pick what you'd like that is available, but keep in mind that our collection is very much eclectic. We do not have full sets of any particular design or style. In my opinion, mixing and matching colors and styles makes for some of the most beautiful events.
